You can request that a ticket be removed from a band and placed on physical ticket stock. You shouldn't have any problem getting a physical ticket, but it doesn't sound like you really need to do that.
Since these tickets were part of a package, she will be able to upgrade them when she gets onsite. She cannot upgrade them in advance. She will not be able to apply their value to any other charges. And, she will only be able to apply the value of one ticket to each upgraded ticket (she can't apply the value of four tickets to one new ticket). To get the full gate price applied to the upgraded ticket, she needs to use the ticket to enter the park first, and then go to guest services to upgrade. If she upgrades outside the gate, she will only receive credit for the discounted price that the "packages" division paid the "ticketing" division at Disney.
