I listen to music on my ipod. Usually Disney music!


Also no caffeine, especially in the evening. Some people like herbal tea to calm them, or a hot bath before bed. Try to get in some exercise everyday, it really does help you sleep better.
).Turn the tv on to something only mildly interesting. It will catch your attention enough to turn off the thought loop in your mind, but not enough to keep you awake.
.. I think about the latest plot in Pinevalley, what their houses look like etc..sometimes I have to think about the latest LIFETIME movie I saw(now those people always have big problems
),and I go through the whole movie in my head as if I were telling it to somebody. I know crazy things, but the majority of the time it really helps..If those things dont help, I go downstairs on the computer and play some mindless games until my eyes are burning..normally after that sleep comes quickly.
