What to do when a website is down for just you?

I'm trying to access a website. I know its not down, its just me, because I checked on www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com.

I've restarted my computer. I've tried different browsers. What else can I do to try to get into the website? Other sites are fine. It was working fine, then not.

Delete the 'cookies' on your computer and then try again. That may do it (or, it may not).
