Ok so we were all excited to be amoung the very first guests at SSR (home). we booked a trip for the 17th through the 22nd.

Now with this homecomming thing, we also have a trip for BCV from the 23rd-25th and SSR the 25th-28th.

Now Ive heard mixed reviews about Grand Openings, like the free-bees being gone by that date and so on. Will Disney have learned?????We also already have hopper tix for the trip, so we'd be doubling the Tix cost to do the event. But it sounds so fun!

We (thanks to fate, destiny and/or dumb luck) will be at SSR from May 22 - 28; right during MH! Now, DW and I haven't activated our AP vouchers yet, so it's not as tough a decision for us, but if you can afford it, I'd go for it. From what I understand, this is not something that Disney does every day, so it could turn out to be a not.to.be.missed event. I mean, we're all Disney nuts, anyway - why not give this a shot? And personally, my own special viewing of Spectromagic in May is a woohoo! event.
