What to do suggestions needed

We are doing DHS on 11/29 fantasmic at 6:30 have adr for kona at 8:20 can switch this to another night if you think that I should choose Cape May at 8:15 instead for easier transportation for the timeframe?Need suggestions asap please so I can make adr changes before gone lol

Seems rushed to get to Kona, but doable. You'll be out of Fantasmic by 7 or so. That leaves you an hour to get over to Kona.

ok just switched adr to cape may @8:15 so what is best/fastest way to get from DHS to cape may after fantasmic?

Also booked Kona for 8:20pm on 12/02 leaving from epcot best way to get to the poly?

Fastest way is probably to walk! There is a path outside the DHS entrance that leads along the water all the way to the Swan-Dolphin/boardwalk area. If you have your own car you could drive, but if not this will definitely get you there the fastest.

As for Kona from Epcot, piece of cake. Take the monorail. That will take you to the Transportation and Ticket Center which is about 100 yards away from the Poly.
