Our flight comes in at 3:46 p.m. on a Sunday....after driving from LA to our hotel, what would be the first thing to do? DTD? Dinner in one of the hotels?

You could make a reservation at one of the hotels for dinner. My parents enjoyed Hook's Pointe at DLH. I would probably walk around DTD and enjoy the sights and some shopping there. House of Blues or Rainforest are always fun too! Whatever you do make your res. :wave2: before you go.

I'm assuming, because you're asking this question, going into DL is not an option? My choice, if it's possible, would be to add a day to your tickets and go to DL!! I can't tell from your post when you are going, but if it's soon DL is open pretty late. If that's not possible, I would make reservations at Granville's and catch the Dancing Water show after. My DH and I prefer Granville's over Hook's Pointe. (But both are great!!) Walking around the DL Hotel and DTD is almost as good as being in the parks!!

By reading your countdown, you'll be arriving for your Honeymoon! AND, you are asking what to do? :rotfl:
Actually, Storyteller's Cafe in GC is very nice. It will take you awhile to get from the airport to Anaheim so you'll be there around dinner time. After dinner, you can check out DTD and watch the fireworks from the DTD area. Even though you are going in November, the fireworks show will be occurring every night!
Enjoy your honeymoon and DL/DCA!!!

I read in another post that the Dancing Water show has closed permanently, which is too bad because it was really great!

I think I would spend time exploring DTD a bit, and either find a restaurant there or in one of the hotels to have dinner. You'll have lots of options! You could also spend some time exploring the hotels, esp. GC and DLH.

Yep, dancing watershow is closed. But the waterfalls by the Bonita Tower was really neat to see at night. The changing lights were beautiful.

I'd do DTD and catch the DL fireworks from there. Then sit in the hot tub for a bit of relaxation before the 'real' fun starts! ;)

Walk around DTD, watch the fireworks and then I'd go to the Jazz Kitchen in DTD for a late dinner (less kids later in the evening) and tell them it's your honeymoon. Hubby and I went there for our 20th Anniversary dinner. The food is great and the chocolate bread pudding is to die for! :cool1:

We only have enough free tickets to get us in 2 days; we want to spend Monday and Tuesday at the parks, otherwise we would :)

Hehehehehehehehehehe! I'm sure we'll have "lots to do" in those quiet moments when we're bored! :)

We plan on enjoying DTD on our first afternoon/evening since we will only be at DL 2 days before our cruise!!
