We are staying at the BW and won't have to be on the bus until about 2:00 in my estimate.

What does everyone do on the last day?

HS has morning EMH, if that matters.

We have the entire last day, no deadlines, so we are spending our last day at MK. We have BBB booked for our two children at 5:00 with dinner at CRT at 6:50. We plan on watching the MSEP and then... saying goodbye to Disney!

We have basically the same last day as OP (staying at BWI, departing around 2pm).
I have been trying to get a breakfast ressie at Crystal Palace, but that isn't happening. Without that, we can't justify the schlep to and from MK. We will most likely walk to Epcot & spend our time there. We're foodies, so we will always welcome one more opportunity to try a new restaurant in the WS. Also DD loves all things Japanese, and will want to make sure she has not overlooked any souvenirs in Japan. After 7 days in the parks, we will have done all the major attractions, so it will be nice to be able to just putter around and revisit the things we really enjoy.

We are taking teenagers so thought if they want they can a go to HS while we pack up and check out. Since it has EMH, I got fp+ for TSM but not until non-EMH park opening time. My thinking is they can do ToT and RnR first then make the TSM FP

Just can't decide what to do after that. Lunch at Epcot might be a good idea!

The last couple years we have had a 2ish bus too. We have gotten up early, got the luggage checked in and gone to Magic Kingdom. I like ending the trip at MK. Usually we go on our favorite rides again, eat lunch, and then head back to the resort for the bus.

My last day I had to be on the bus at 3:30, I went to Blizzard Beach for the morning. Sometimes we hang out at the pool, if there are showers nearby that we can use.

It's just me and my husband so we usually pack up, drop our bags at bell services and head in to MK until about noon. If we can get FPs for some rides that's great, if not we just people watch, relax and have lunch before we head back to catch the bus.

I'm not sure what to do... MK is now open at 8am on my last day and I don't fly until 8:40pm. Should I check out early early and leave bags with bell services by 8am and then spend until 3'ish at the park? Or sleep in and check out at normal time?

Our philosphy is you can sleep on the plane! This is your last chance to get some Disney time in.....don't waste it sleeping. Of course, we're naturally morning folks, so your mileage may vary.

We always try to get an early afternoon flight so that we can spend our last morning doing a character breakfast (after we have gotten all packed up, checked out, and dropped our luggage at the Magical Express desk). We have found that a 10:00-ish breakfast works well, as we don't have to rush getting checked out, and it still gives us plenty of time to get back to the resort to catch the bus. Last trip we had about 45 minutes to burn at the resort before the bus got there, so we spent the time playing games in the arcade.

We are morning folks too :) My only other thing to worry about, is that my aunt is staying with us and she flies out a few hours before us so she has to be at the hotel probably at 11 or so to catch DME. I'm not sure if she wants to get up super early to check out with me and then come to the park for a few hours, or hang out at the resort with a book? LOL!

With a mid-day or later departure we usually go to the park closest to our resort. With the time to check-out and get to the park, and then allow time to get back to the resort, we feel more relaxed when we're just a quick trip back to the resort. Bus schedules are so unpredictable that makes me nervous and feel rushed on departure day...you'd have to leave a park with lots of cushion if relying on a bus back to the resort. When near the the monorail we go to MK. Staying at BW, I'd walk to Epcot or DHS...a quick walk and not much chance of an unexpected delay with walking! Have fun!!

The night before we have to leave, we would usually park hop and ride/see the attractions we never got around to. Then we would stay at our favorite park as late as we could. You sleep on the bus/plane, anyway. lol

We like to relax our last day, maybe get room service. But being that close to Epcot or HS, I would head to a park, get breakfast there, and do waht time allows
