What to do on days at sea?

Ok, I know this sounds dumb (first time cruiser ignorance showing), but what do you do all day long at sea? My kids love the pool, but from what I understand they are very overcrowded. I'm sure my boys will want to spend some times in kids clubs, but what else is there to do? My boys will be 16 and 11 when we cruise. They will have friends their own ages along on the cruise since another family is sailing with us.

There are movies shown most of the day, the arcade, family games are various times of the day, shoot baskets in the sports area, etc. The Teens hang out has music, games, etc. They will find plenty to do. My DS's are 11 and 14, and we usually see them for dinner and the shows.

We played shuffle board, table tennis, movies, enjoyed a slow lesuirely breakfast, and while we at Palo for dinner one DS played basketball while the other was making flubber or something like that. Oh let's not forget a nice relaxing lunch also.

We did not use the pool because we get pools at home. Hope this helps

There are lots of "family" activities that the kids can participate in (even without the rest of the family). They'll hang out in the teen club, go to movies, play shuffleboard, play ping pong, join in organized activites in their clubs.

And for you there are the adult entertainment series: the Navigators (about the making of the Magic) the Art of Entertaining (cooking, napkin folding, ice carving demo, etc) and the Art of Entertainment (meet the cast of the shows, tour the stage, etc). If you like wine, there are wine tasting classes and if you are on a 7 nighter, don't miss brunch in Palo (ressies required).

Really, there are so many choices you will have to choose what NOT to do. Something for everyone!
