What to do, not WDW vacationing

Dh and I may be going down early June. I have a already paid for 3 nights/4 days in Orlando at one of the Hilton proporties. It's a timeshare deal. I don't really want to do the whole Disney vacation thing but would like to have some fun. What would you suggest and which property would you suggest trying to stay in? This will be to celebrate both of our b-days too.

Do what I am doing, Universal. they have a great ticket deal right now, 86 per person. Or do SeaWorld and/or Discovery Cove. There is lots to do in Orlando.

Gee, there is tons of stuff to do in Orlando, Art Galleries, Glass bottom boats, check out the Everglades on a Air boat, go to the Space center, go to Coco Beach, take a drive to Key West, shopping at the outlet stores.

There is a Fondo place in Orlando that has a Chocolate Dessert Fondo that is lendary!! Seafood!!

If you don't plan on doing the theme parks at all, I would pick the newer resort next to the Premium Outlet Mall. Of course, I'm a shopper! The resort near Sea World is great for doing SW and US, and convenient to the airport and going to Cocoa Beach.
