What to do in Orlando besides the parks?

We will be staying off site for 3 days before we go to the World. Any suggestions on what to do besides the theme parks. It will be me, DH, DS22, and DD19. Not to keen on laying around the beach. Looking for ideas for fun things that don't cost much. (Already spending enough)

This summer, my son (15) and I went and enjoyed an airboat ride...we did Boggy Creek - WE LOVED IT! What a blast...

We also really enjoyed seeing "Blue Man Group" over at Universal. We just went to the show in the evening, not to the park that day. You buy tickets for the show, not for the park.

Love the outlets too...

We have taken our teens to Sky Venture - indoor sky diving a couple of times. They loved it ! Even Dad tried it.
