There's a lot to do. All the parks are great, and so are both water parks. Then there's always Downtown Disney or Wide World of Sports.

my faves - Mickey's Philharmagic (i know it's not a ride, but i LOVE it!!) Space Mountain, Expedition Everest, Soarin', Test Track, the Safari at AK, Aerosmith Rockin' Rollercoaster

there's so much more, those are just the best IMO

I love everything too, but I have to say Soarin was one of my faves...I'll be getting a fastpass for that again this yr! The safari ride was awsome as well...just bumpy and fast so can be hard to get pics. Enjoy!
