What to Do Halloween Night?

We are not going to the party....but want to do something special with the kids on Halloween. My children are DD (14) & DS(12). Is there any where to go or things to do on Halloween night? I've heard there are things in DTD and the Boardwalk. What kinds of things? Is it just trick or treating?

Any suggestions or ideas would be appreciated!!!

Someone please?! There seems to be a lot of us out there who would like to know what actually DTD, Boardwalk, and the resorts do on Halloween night.

I'm another person that wants to know! We were supposed to be in Florida right now and going to AK tomorrow. My in-laws were freaking out about us traveling to FL with all the storms so I rescheduled to Oct. 30-Nov. 6. I didn't want to, but they are having major health problems and didn't need the extra stress. Yes, I know that is still hurricane season (keep your fingers crossed for me!).

Anyway, I have a 2 DD's ages 3 and 5. We are staying off property and want some ideas of where to go for some trick or treating. We plan on going to AK on Oct. 31 (if I stick to my original itinerary) but I don't think that will be decorated for Halloween.

Sigh...I wish I was there now!
