hi we are going to be there on March 18 which I know is spring break. We have park hoppers for the day. I know rsr runs out of fast passes quickly but I also know the line gets long. We will be there 1/2 before park opens but we don't have ea and ca has early entry that day. So...do we go to ca first to get rsr fastpasses and tsm and then go to Disneyland to ride Peter Pan (no fp) or do we go to dl first, ride pp and ij and then go get fp for rsr, hoping line has dwindled?

RSR FPs have generally been lasting for at least the first few hours of the day, so I don't think it's as critical to get them first thing anymore (note that they do not distribute FPs during EMH). If DCA has EMH that morning, then by the time you get to RSR, there will already be a line (I'd guess about an hour for standby, less for single rider). Likewise, TSMM will also have a line by time you get to it. Peter Pan's line builds up very quickly (I'd say it reaches 30 minutes within the first 5 minutes of the park being open). If you go to DCA first and get RSR FPs, by the time you get to DL, Peter Pan's line will probably be in the 45 to 60 minute range.

Personally, if you're going to get to the parks pre-rope drop, I would probably head to DL and ride PP as soon as possible. Then after PP, I'd go get an Indy FP and then head over to DCA to get an RSR FP.
