What to do first?

We'll be at SW in August with DS5, DD2 and DS11mo. DS5 and DD would love to feed the dolphins but DS's fav ride at Disney is Splash. He just HAS to do the plume ride at SW but we don't want to wait in a huge line for it. We'll be there at park opening so which should we do first, plume ride or feed the dolphins? How long does feed the dolphins take? How about plume ride if we do it first?

Feed the dolphins first. They are more active and less jaded in the morning.

By plume ride, do you mean Journey to Atlantis? That's not too far away from the dolphins, it would be easy to do it next.

There are set times for dolphin feeding. The first one is usually soon after opening. First you line up to buy some fish, then go to the feeding area.

Starting last year, they began separating 'feeders" from the rest of the crowd.

If you get to the dolphins lickety-split right when the park opens, you may be able to touch them without food, before they get "jaded." Later in the day, no way.

What i do is ride journey first then dry off on Kraken. Dolphin feeding is kinda boring, you have to buy the food.
