What to do about an internet gift order...

I ordered granite rocks for my dh. Their like ice cubes only their made of granite and you use them for drinks. Anyway, I ordered them around 3 weeks ago. I did receive an e-mail receipt. However, after e-mailing and calling them numerous times, I get a voice mail to leave a message (which I do) and no response. So, do you think I got beat for the money/gift and if so, is there anything I can do. It wasn't aot of money at all, total came to just about $100.00, but, I was getting them for dh for fathers day, and I know he really wanted them. I'm always leary when I order things on-line. I wanted to get dh something alitte diff. this year, so I thought these granite rocks woud fit the bill. I guess, he'll be getting the usual cothes "again".

First of all, was your CC charged?

I would leave them another message you want to know about your order, including tracking numbers. And let them know you want answers ASAP or you will dispute the charge and take it up with the BBB.

If not satisfied by day's end, dispute the charge with your CC company. Then let the BBB know, file a complaint.

i had a problem similar recently. i went back to their website and hit the "contact us" button which pulled up an email address. i sent an email explaining both the problem and their failure to answer the phone. i think because they figured i could use the email as proof for my credit card company they contacted me within an hour and sent my order (at no extra charge) via priority mail.

if you get no response, contact the credit card or debit card vendor.
