What to bring?

We're new to DVC and staying at SSR in a 1br for 10 days with our developer points. I've read that we should bring some liquid laundry detergent, but what else? Do they have a dishwasher? If so, do we need to pack soap for it or dish soap in general?

You should find in your room when you get there a single use box of laundry detergent, so I would bring more of whatever kind you like. They do put a larger box of dishwasher detergent in your rooms. Depending on how often you need to run the dishwasher, you should have enough for your stay. if not you can call mousekeeping as ask for extra. They also furnish liquid dishwashing detergent if you are just washing something in the sink. Enjoy your stay at SSR. It is one of our home resorts and love the quiet feel of the resort. I know several people don't like the size (too big), but we really enjoy the feeling of the place and have always loved our stays there.

If you are wasing more then one tub of luandry, take extra detergent or you can buy it at Artist Pallet.

Dish washing detergent should be enough at the room. If not, call mousekeeping.

Just remember the TSA rules if flying.

Lots and lots of money . . .

Seriously, coffee and coffee filters if you have any coffee drinkers. Also, dryer sheets, if you like to use them.

if you plan to cook, bring cooking spray!! Even if you're picking up basics at the local DVC shops you dont want those eggs to stick to the pan!!!
