We are going with three kids 10, 8 and 3, and the youngest will be in a stroller. I am trying to get some things together to stick in the stroller bag. When we went years ago, there was a list on this site somewhere with a lot of things that came in handy. Of course, I can't remember and I can't find the list!

What do you all bring with you?

And what are the names of those blister bandages?

Thanks y'all!

All we take in is a camera and water and maybe some sun block if needed. For your little one you may want to have a snack or two on hand.

As far as the band-aids go? are you thinking of moleskin?

As little as possible!

Hats.
Sunglasses.
Suncream.
Camera.
General purse stuff like wallet, cell phone etc.
Jackets if staying into the evening.
Basic First Aid e.g. Tylenol and Band Aids.

Get lanyards for your kids sunglasses. Ensure they wear their hats. You shouldn't need more than a small bag for the rest.

You might want to check mousesavers.com i think theyt have a packing list onthere that might help u. When we take our bag in we make sure we have our wallets, camera, film, ponchos, water bottle a little first aide kit a couple other things we might need.

I'm a notorious overpacker.....but i bring:

sunglasses
Hat (if not already wearing one)
Ponchos
credit cards/money/room key etc. in a special holder
camera
cell phone
chapstick
sunblock
first aid kit i made with band aids, moleskin, stomach stuff, tylenol etc.
misting fan
frozen bottle of water
wipes
hand lotion/gel

We take a backpack with us and inside it I put:

1. change of clothes for both kids/plastic bag for dirty/wet clothes
2. small pack of wipes
3. some first aid stuff, children's tylenol, adult tylenol, etc.
4. a few small bags of snacks
5. the camera
6. ponchos
7. the autograph book and a pen
8. our little misting fans
9. and in the bottle pocket I put our refillable water bottle

Moleskin! That's it. For some strange reason, I kept thinking it had "eel'" in the name...like eel skin or something?!

That's a great idea about the lanyards for the sunglasses. I hadn't thought of that. One less thing MOM will get stuck carrying!

Thanks for the ideas. I am adding few things to my Wal-Mart list right now! :)
