The trip is from Oct 27 - Nov 3, staying at Windsor Hills (vacationcentralflorida). We LOVE to cook! I know some people complain about having to cook, but on this trip I'm going to be with my friends (reunion!!) so we will be having fun in the kitchen :cool1:

So, is the kitchen fully stocked? Do they have muffin pans, loaf pans, pizza pans, baking pans, etc.? What about pots and frying pans? BIG bowls? I know they have a blender, toaster, coffee maker, electric mixer.

Since we're anticipating leftovers every night :goodvibes, do they have pyrex containers (or any container for that matter)? What about plates, cups, utensils?

PICTURES ANYONE? popcorn::

I know this is very details (hehehe) but any help/comment will be appreciated very much!

BTW, first trip to WDW for most of us :banana:

PS. I forgot to ask what I REALLY need to ask LOL. What do i have to bring to the condo? :rolleyes1

Every place I have stayed has had plenty of glasses, plates, flatware, all that. It should have at least a couple pots and pans, though not everything may have a lid. Most places have a decent mix of things, but specialty items like muffin pans may be out. You may have to do double duty with a pizza pan or something. Email the owners, I know they should be able to get back to you with a list of everything they stock for your rental.

For what do bring: up to you if you're driving from home and want to pack it, or run up to the SuperTarget just up 192. You'll need extra cleaning supplies (dishwasher, laundry), paper goods, storage bags, etc. You may want to pack extra pool towels. And what you'd bring anyway (clothes, toiletries, sunscreen). Then it's just groceries, whatever you will cook/eat. FWIW.

Our biggest challenge is spices. We put together a few baggies of assorted spices from home. Empty baggies can then be reused for leftovers. You do need to have a little bit of an idea what you'll be cooking before leaving home. As for supplies in the condo, sometimes being innovative is part of the fun. We were able to do an entire Thanksgiving Dinner at a condo in New Hampshire.
