Its so Intersting how we all have so diffrent oppions!, and I thinks Its great how we differ but all aggre on the love we have for Disney that draws us together. To avoid?? for my self,none really but I would not want to goto the Princess Di dress display but really thats about It.

I have never been to DW but have been to Disneyland a number of times and I hate it's a small world as well as the Tiki room. I don't know if they are exactly the same but I bet they are pretty similar. My wife and Mother in Law love it's a small world though.

Lines. Use Fastpass, go early, know which rides have lines and which don't and how to avoid them.

Other than that, there isn't a one sized fits all. I like Stitch. I'll never go on Rock n Rollercoaster again. What one person loves another dislikes, and what one dislikes you might skip and have skipped something you later discover you really enjoy. Give anything that sounds interesting and is appropriate for your party a try.

(There might be SOMEONE who likes the lines).

My husband and I dont mind lines We enjoy the time to just relax and chat. We still like going during times with lesser crowds though.

See? That's the reason you never want to avoid something simply because "common wisdom" holds that the Country Bears are horrible (however, I would have to drag my husband back in hogtied and blindfolded.) SOMEONE likes lines.

I took my kids(girls) at 3 1/2 and 7 and nephew 5 snow white at mk was not scary for them

Dinosaur scarrrry! loud and very bumpy (like off roading..) I will skip although they are now 6 and 9.

Bugs life I will try again but they were frightened and my nephew cried and had to leave. (AK)

will skip hall of presidents did that as a teen and won't even bother my kids with it maybe if they are bad . BORING I might do it if I really need a air conditioning break and a nap (EPCOT)

My husband and I actually really liked Hall of Presidents, but probably mostly for our appreciation for the animatroncs rather than the story line. We were very disappointed with the Swiss Family Robinson Tree House, and for any of you who are interested in it, make sure you go during the DAY, we went when it was dark, simply because there was no line; which we found out WHY. When we finished walking up and down and up and down... and so on.. we were like 'what was that?'

Swiss Family Robinson = waste of time. It was the one thing we did last time that we specifically avoided this time around.

Like a few other posters, the wife and I really like Coral Reef. This time, we were actually sat right in front in the corner of the aquarium, where the turtle naps. We're in a LOT of vacation pictures simply because of that! My daughters (7 and now 3) really liked it as well.

I am in agreement. Different strokes...

What I do appreciate, is the folks who explain why exactly they didn't enjoy a particular attraction. That makes this thread really helpful by giving folks things to ponder when making decisions to skip a ride or not, rather than just "I hated it!"

Easy one.....the mushrooms from Cosmic Ray's condiment bar. Those rendered me useless the remainder of the day.

at epcot ellens energy adventure it is a very boring 45 minute show that takes away from you time. also if you ride sorin make sure you get a fast pass because it is fun and enjoyable but not if you have to wait 45 minutes to teo hours for a five minute ride .and this is just my opinoin avoid the german buffet yuck . i found nothing there familiar or tasty but i am not a real big meat eater and alot of it was meat .
i would also try and do animak kingdom and hollywood studios in one day there just not much in each park unless its your first visit

As a kid at Disneyland. I LOVED the swiss family tree house even though it wasn't very exciting. I think the thought process was..."see Mum and Dad, this is what I meant when I asked for a treehouse"

We learned the hard way not to go to Epcot over the weekend during the Food and Wine Festival. The locals swarm to the Food and Wine Festival, and The World Showcase is so crowded, you can't hardly get through. During the week, it is much less crowded and much more pleasant!

Two things to avoid at the MK:

- Astro Orbiter (if you get motion sickness, like I do). Ruined my entire day.

- Jungle Cruise. Ugh. What a waste of time, especially when you can get the "real" thing a few miles away at the Animal Kingdom.

Luau wasn't awful as food was reasonably good. Certainly know it wasn't worth two ADR's and would never do it again at that expense.

I went to the Luau back when it was still 1 ADR and we got to sit in the front row. It was hokey and fun. But for that once is enough.
Now my kids love Stitch and It's a Small World and many of the other rides mentioned here. For the most part we are easy to please and just enjoy. I'm still trying to figure out the long lines at Peter Pan. It's fun, but to wait over an hour?

I really really did not enjoy the hall of presidents. It was long enough and the seats were comfy enough that I fall asleep.

Jedi Training show in DHS by Star Tours. Our 3.5 year old son was so excited to see some Star Wars activities and we thought he would love this. He had a blast playing light-sabers with the other little boys while we waited in the BLAZING HOT SUN for 30 minutes. But when the Jedi master came out to pick 15 little guys/gals to come up on stage for the show my son could not understand why he couldn't go on stage with the other kids. Maybe he was just too young to understand but we saw an awful lot of little kids crying! So sad. One dad said it was his son's third show that day and his son never got picked. He was 8 and the third rejection even got to him.
