What time will 2016 discounts be released?

Just wondering if anyone can confirm discounts for 2016 will be released on the 23rd? Read somewhere else that it's the 24th? And does anyone know what time?? Is it worth staying up tonight?

Last year we booked direct with Disney, started looking about 9 o clock and could see the offers being updated. We booked about 9.45ish once all offers had been added

The website has them up know but although it says free dining it's still adding in the cost when I try to do a booking so not sure if it all fully functional just yet ! No mention of free memory maker that I can see??
