What time to RD Space Mtn?

9 am Magic Kingdom opening. Planning to go straight to Space Mountain. Not interested in the welcome show. What time should we be at the hub?

The ropes are dropped as soon as the Welcome show ends. So, a few minutes prior to 9a works as most guests head to 7D and PP.

We arrived at the hub about 15 minutes before park opening.As soon as the show ended, the ropes dropped and it looked like 90% of the crowd all headed to Fantasyland. A 5 minute wait for SM and then a 5 minute wait at most for Buzz. Then headed to BTMRR. For the first hour, the lines weren't too bad, but Fantasyland looked very crowded. As mentioned, most of th ecrowd heads to 7DMT and PP.
Avoiding those, you can get a lot done in an hour.

Just what I wanted to hear! We have a fairly late night the night before so not having to be there with the sunrise like just about every other day that week will be very welcome! My weirdo DSs are very "meh" about Fantasyland these days so we should be good! Thanks for the input!
