What time to make ADR?

Our flight is arriving in Orlando at 4:30 p.m. We are taking Magical Express to POR. If we'd like to make ADR'S at Flying Fish what time do you think would be good? I don't want to eat too late but want to allow enough travel/check in/transportation time. I'm not opposed to taking a cab from POR to the BWI.

My guess would be around 7:30-8pm, taking a cab, at least an hour later if using Disney transportation.
