What time to leave for Character Breakfast?

Can someone give me an idea of how long it takes to get from POR to Poly for Lilo & Stich Chrtr Bkft? Our bkft is scheduled for 8:30 so we need to be there by 8. We're going 6/15. Is the bus the best way there? What other options??

take the bus to the magic kingdom, then take the monorail around... you want to allow about an hour for travel time.

The early am buses, by that I mean 7am sometimes can take you direct to the resort for a character breakfast... but you need to be at the bus stop no later than 7am for that.

for an 8:30 reservation, you will want to start travel no later than 7:30 to MK, then take the resort monorail all the way around to poly.
