What time to get there

This is my first trip planning ADRs. We have a 9:20am reservation at Tusker House. Park opens at 9:00am that day. Since our reservation is not PPO, do we have to wait for opening and then try to hustle through security etc. to get there? If we need to check in 15 minutes before, that gives us 5 minutes to get there. Will we be able to enter the park early to get to the restaurant on time? If so, what time should we get to the entrance?

You don't need to check in 15 minutes before. Be there for when the park opens and walk to the restaurant to check in. You'll be fine.
