What time to dine at California Grill and O'hanas too?

December 16th is a MVMCP so there isn't a regular Wishes but a party one. What time should I make our reservations at CG and still be able to see the fireworks from the restaurant?

Also, what about O'hanas reservations? I have ressies at 6:45 on Dec 15th and Wishes is at 10, i believe. How long does it take for dinner at O'hanas and would that reservation time be the right time to get down to the beach at Polynesian to get that vantage point of the fireworks? Is it clear how to make it down to the beach from the restaurant? I've never been inside the Polynesian!

Party fireworks are usually at 9:30, so i would look for a CG time around 8 or 8:15. Sorry, don't know about Ohana.

I don't remember finding the beach at the Poly being hard at all.
Ohana is upstairs (I think it's on the same floor as the monorail) so you just go downstairs and out the doors and follow the paths past the pool to the beach. If you're seated by a window in Ohana, you may be able to see where you need to go while you eat. They also have signs posted along the paths.
A 6:45 ADR gives you 3 hours to be seated and eat before Wishes at 10. I think you'd even have time if the fireworks were at 9.
