What time to book

I know that booking vp starts at 3pm, what time is that in New York? With the time change, does booking open at 1am EST?

I think so. I’m going to double-check on Sunday after the time change just to be sure.

It starts at 2 am EST but you can start getting into the queue around 1-1:30 am. I got in the queue at 1:30 and was in line for over 2 hours. The website for booking is pretty bad IMO.

One of the website I checked has a slide that shows the time through different zones. On Sunday for NYC/Eastern zone it switches to 1am during daylight savings. (Edit: Therefore, according to the above post, then I suppose one can queue 12midnight. I assume the queue doesn't randomize.)
