What time to book princess breakfast at Akershus to do Frozen Ever After?

Trying to plan a way to see princesses and also get on Frozen Ever After without a wait. Any ideas??

Unfortunately, I don't think this restaurant has re-opened yet.

I miss Akershus. We loved the breakfast there.

I think in Sept, FEA is one of the lightening lane attractions. If you are dead set on riding it, either rope drop or pay the $$$$. We haven't heard if/when Akershus is reopening.
