What time to book online dining?

Has online booking been opening up at 3am or 6am recently? I'm a night owl, so staying up until 2am CST is a LOT easier for me than getting up at 5am. I thought I read a few posts on here, though, saying that the system has been changing to the new day at 6am now.

Anyone tried booking recently at 3am? Did it work?

I have booked the past two mornings and was not able to get on until 6am on the dot, so I can assume that they changed it to 6am.

I booked at 3 am on October 12th with no problems.

Went and checked the post, because by "worked just fine" I had no idea what you meant.

They rolled over at 3am eastern this morning for Cheshirefan, in case anyone confuses as easily as I do.
