What time switch to lunch? Lunch to dinner?

I am trying to understand when booking whether we would be considered breakfast or lunch if I was trying to book an early lunch/late breakfast? Use BOG for example. What time does it switch to lunch menu?

Same for lunch to dinner? What is the latest lunch menu is served?

Trying to understand time restraints before planning ADRs.

Look at Disney's website for the restaurant hours and dates you're interested in. It will give the hours for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Times vary for each individual restaurant. The time you book will determine which meal you eat. The only crossover meals will be at buffets.

Also many of the TS in the parks have the same menu at lunch & dinner.
