What time of year is Universal Express limited?

DH and I decided to take our twins to US as a surprise birthday present for their 7th b-days March 3-7, 2005. I know I read something about US limiting the number of times you can use your hotel express key card during peak times. Does anyone know when the peak times are? We'd be going around spring break time for college students and I know Disney considers this a peak time as far as their hotel rates go. If this would be a time when US would limit our use, how would we be limited, is it on all rides or just the really popular ones? Thanks

We were there this summer when the FOTL was supposedly limited. We were given information stating that on certain rides we could only use our room key ONCE for FOTL before 3:00. After 3:00 the use was unlimited. I can't remember all the rides, but there were about four or five in each park. We were not effected at all. The only place our cards were scanned was the Mummy. I know Hulk was supposed to be one of the limited rides, but I rode it over and over with my room key before 3:00. I wouldn't worry about the limit at all. You can sleep in, go the park when you want and go on each ride. Then have lunch. Before you know it, it will be 3:00!
