What time of day are discounts announced?

I know it's a CRAZY question, but being on the West Coast we have a bit of a disadvantage if the discounts are released at 8am... I just want to know for what time I should set my husband's alarm!

Anyone remember around what time the discounts started rolling in from Disney Visa, WDW website, etc.? Please give your time zone as well. Thanks!

I really don't know but sometime early morning; but I got my PIN through email last night at 9:39!!!! Saved us $850!!!!
