What time is your Character Dinner Reservations?

For any park, but I'm mostly curious about Magic Kingdom.

I ask because I have a 9:20pm dinner reservation at Crystal Palace for next Saturday.

I would like something earlier like 6:00pm but it's hard to kind of plan when you don't really know how your day will flow.

What are my chances of getting something much earlier than 9:20pm? I was told to keep calling back for any cancellations.

Have you had any luck such as this?

Keep calling back! Also, it can occasionally open things up if you have an even party size. So if you've been checking for 3 - see if they have anything available for 4.

I have to pull up my Disney spreadsheet for this We have a reservations at CP and Cinderella's castle. I know we had late reservations, but I made my dad make them earlier b/c i didn't want to come out of the restaraunt and have missed the parade and fireworks... Both of our dinners are at 6:55. You can keep calling back, and there's a chance there will be an opening. Also check when you get there and even the day of. Eating that late could be a fun way to cap off your night though!!

I have 8:30pm adrs for a Saturday night at Chef Mickeys. We will be at DHS that day (closes at 7:00) so I figure by the time we get over to the Contempory it will be close to 8:00 and we'll check in and just poke around until we get sitted.

Bummer about the 9:20 at CP... Are you going there because it is Pooh or because its in MK??? the reason I asked is you may want to check 1900 Park Fair in Grand Floridaian. They somethimes have pooh bear, usally its Cindrella, stepsisters, mad hatter, alice, mary poppins. It is easy to get to from MK not sure if ADRs will be any better though. You can try to check in a little bit earlier but not sure about 3 hours. I know we were able to check-in about an hour earlier for dinner at CRT, we were straving so we just asked. That was like 2 years ago so not sure if they have become more strict on that.
