What time is the Sunset Safari dinner over?

I'm sure it varies, but in mid-Dec, when would the sunset safari dinner at Jikos' be finished?

We did this safari this past Jan 2004 and it starts at 4pm with the tour and we were done with dinner around 8pm give or take.
