It's 3:25p and 40 degrees, not a bad temp but the sun went away

It stopped raining here in Worcester around 1:00 and the sun is now out...but boy has it gotten unbelievably windy outside!

Hey Wic and jonestavern I went to City Hall here in Nashua, they have a job opening for a city clerk. I applied this afternoon, one of my old daycare mother's works for the city too. She sent a letter to the HR director in my behalf. I have taken care of her two kids, I still take her daughter to school a couple of days a week. Her oldest is 14 now, so we have a lot of history together.

I also went to a spa/solon today, they also are looking for help. My next door neighbor works there, I need to tell her that I applied today.

Just an update, nothing yet. Oh, Sears called yesterday. I had an interview sch. for tomorrow. They called to let me know they filled to spot already. At this rate I don't even have a chance, I didn't even get to interview

I work up by Worcester Airport, which is the highest point in Worcester, and we are getting some serious wind gusts right now!

This a.m. wind chills of -59.8 and temp was -43....let's just say it was darn cold!

Canada--one year we were even colder than the Antarctic!
The temps given were in fahrenheit but in celcius it was -42 temp with -51 windchill

Wind gusts in Buffalo are now down to 50mph and the temp is 12degrees, about -4 with windchill. The snow has stopped for now where I am but 4-8 more inches tonight. But the snow thing is always wrong probably just an inch or two.

It's 11:19a and 29 degrees, windchill 18, getting windy again.

I hope so, wic! I wish it would warm up like down south, that is when the sun is out. Atleast it's almost Feb. then before we know it it will be April.
