It's 8:50p and 80 degrees, still hot out!


Wic, your pool would be nice to have this week.

Oh yeah! The pool water is currently 82 degrees, I think the new pool jinx has been lifted finally!

I'm looking forward to going swimming when I get out of work tonight, my daughter has been begging me to go night swimming, so she can see the pool lights....she's been in at night, but not really late, so the lights don't have the same effect!

Stay cool today, it's going to be a hot one!

Glad you are getting to use it now. Have a swim for me, I will be putting the a/c on today I think. So far not on.

I feel bad for my DH right now, he's home supposidly digging holes for our 6' fence, at least he has the pool right there to jump into and cool off, if he is in fact digging holes today!

This is what I would do when mowing the lawn, I would jump into a friends pool across the street. Then go back to the yard work, can't do that anymore they moved to Florida.

Hope he's doing ok, dig one hole jump in then on to the next one!

I just talked to him, he hasn't dug a single hole today "it's too hot"..big baby!

He told me that "I" can help him dig holes on Saturday....yeah right, like that's going to happen anytime soon! I still have bruises from putting the rocks around the pool from 2 weeks ago!

Tell him your back still hurts from doing the rocks, maybe later dear! Sounds like my DH, his projects always turn into mine too

Yeah I noticed that, his projects always turn into "our" projects....but my projects always stay as "my" projects! What's up with that?????

I saw that the hot weather is supposed to stick around for a few days, but they are talking about a lot of t-storms on Sunday though! Looks like I might have to work on some of "my" indoor projects on Sunday!

Hi wic... Hi pooh... hope all is well with you guys.... it is raining like crazy here in Pa.. where the part where am at.. Delaware County... and it is 77 degrees outside.. AC is on since it is so humid even with the rain

11:55 and 78 here today with some sun. We have actually had some warm summer weather this past week...I hope it lasts as we are going on vacation to the coast next week!!

It's 5pm here and 64 degrees. Today is the 1st day in weeks (acually maybe over a month!!) that is hasn't rained here and that the sun has come out. We have had lots of floods here in the middle of the UK in the past few months.

It's 7:00p and 81 degrees with the humidity it feels like 87. A/C is off today DH is home, I will put it on tomorrow.

Not much new, we went to WDW in June. Had a great time, then a week ago we went to Cape Cod for a week.

Nope no post hole digging for me this weekend (like I was going to dig any in the first place ) we went outside saturday morning and we could hear thunder, and within 10 minutes the skies opened up...rained for most of the day, even got to enjoy my basement indoor pool again!
Yesterday was gorgeous out though!

It's kind of gray and dreary here in Worcester right now, but it's definately still humid!

Hope you had a good weekend! It was so humid saturday that our a/c froze up, I've never seen anything like it...I kept asking my husband what was cracking..he took the front off the a/c and it was all frozen!

We got very little rain this morning, happened before I woke up! I was talking to my father in law last night, he lives in Pepperell and they were getting nailed with rain! We had thunder last night, but no rain at all. I really don't mind a gray dreary day during the week....but the weekends, better be bright, sunny and warm out!
