Hi: What time do they usually do illuminations at epcot, also is it every night.

Mostly 9pm, but occasionally at 9:30

9pm - every night - Only time that changes is for holidays like July 4/New Years' Eve/etc.

Usually 9:00 everynight except during the time between Thanksgiving and New Years Eve, then it's 9:30 to accomodate the Candlelight Processional show. It can vary on major holidays like New Years Eve and 4th of July.
