What time is early entry exactly?

I thought I remembered one year the parks opened 1 1/2 hrs. early instead of one hour.

What has been your experience with it?

Let's say the park hours are 9 - 10, would the park open at 8 with no exceptions, or do they sometimes open it earlier?
like 7:30?

maybe I am remembering wrong.

You are remebering right when it was called EE (early engtry).

However, you don't get that half hour extra anymore ever since they brought it back as EMH.

Surprise Morning (back before 9/11) opened the parks 1-1/2 hours earlier. EMH opens the parks 1 hour earlier.
