What time is best for these restaurants to see fireworks?

We're trying a couple new restaurants, and wouldn't mind being there when fireworks happen, if we can swing it. Now, I don't even know if you can see fireworks from these restaurants, but here goes nothing. I'm making my ADRs tomorrow morning.

Rose & Crown Dining Room (Illuminations at 9PM)
'Ohana (Wishes at 8PM)

The view of illuminations from R & C is amazing! But in April they seemed to be "clamping down on people leaving their inside tables to view from the terrace, so I would suggest making the res. for 8 pm to 8:15 pm but then showing up a little early and requesting a waterside table. With Ohana it totally depends on where you are seated but if you finish up dinner and go out to the beach the view is great. So, maybe try around 6:30 to 6:45. Good luck and have a great time!
