What Time is Best for Dinner?

We are going to WDW for 5 nights the end of Aug with Free Dining. I have 2 boys age 9. I made the following reservations.

Concourse 6:30pm dinner
Italy 6:30pm dinner (2 times - we LOVE this place)
Rose Crown 7:10pm dinner
AK Breakfasaurus 8:00am

If we have CS lunches at the park, then back to the hotel in the afternoon for swimming is 6:30pm good for dinner? Maybe I should change to 7:00pm to give us more time to shower after swimming and time to get back to the parks. When do most people like to eat dinner?

Hard to say really--if you depend on Disney Transportation it might be a good idea to back things up in all cases to 7:00. The feeling of having to rush around, shower, then wait for a bus, etc--
Better I think to have an enjoyable afternoon swim w/o that rushed feeling.

We always make our ADRs for 7:00pm. The only one I make for 6:30pm is Chef Mickey's because it seems we always have to wait so long to be seated. We usually end up being seated around 7:00pm with a 6:30pm ADR.
