What time frame are the Christmas decorations up?

I would also like to know the answer to this question. I plan on making another trip to the World, sometime in December. I was wondering when they are put up and taken down so I know the exact time frame. I have never been at Disney at Christmas so I am super excited to hear more!

Usually your safe between Thanksgiving, and New Years. Anytime in December you should see plenty of Christmas.

They begin going up the 1st or 2nd week in November and continue being added too until about Thanksgiving when they are all up.

Thanks for all your help. We are excited and are currently debating which park to go too. One would assume the Magic Kingdom would be most decorated for the Christmas season.

For those who visited during the Holiday season before - what park would you suggest we visit that is most in the spirit? Thanks again!

I'm sure they'll be up for the MVMCP on November 13th (the first one)

IMO all the parks have a different type of Christmas feeling, some areas of each park are more decorated than others. Main Street at MK, World Showcase at Epcot, Hollywood Blvd at MGM, and Camp Minnie and Mickey at AK. MGM has a sort of nostalgic feeling, I like it the best, Epcot I like about equally, with Christmas around the world, and the candlelight procession. It's a bit more elegent. MK is a nice Disney Christmas. My least favorite would be AK. The Epcot resorts, and MK resorts also have great decorations.

We were in MK last year on November 1st. They had started then to put up some of the Christmas decorations.
