What time for 'Ohana to see fireworks?

My plan is to eat at 'Ohana for dinner without feeling rushed and then stroll down to the beach at the Poly to view the fireworks afterwards. This is going to be January 11th. I can't find the time for Wishes for that date anywhere but I am guessing it will be at 9pm. Currently have ressies for 8:10pm but I think that's cutting it close.

What time would you recommend?

I would honestly say 7-7:15 if you want to be down at the beach when they start. We had an 8:15 ADR with Wishes starting at 9 and we were still eating when they started. Our meal went at a very nice pace and took a solid 90 minutes from start to finish.

I didn't even look but they are at 8 so I'd go for a 6-6:15 ADR.
