Because it is being refurb'd, the hours are not posted.

After posting it occurred to me to call the resort. It opens at 11:00 a.m. YAY!

Most days it opens at 11:30. I've only seen it open earlier than that when crowds are expected to be high, such as race weekends.

I think it's 1130. We showed up at 11am last trip and ended up sitting outside on the terrace for about 30 minutes. No worries, went next door and got a huge slice of coconut cake.
