What time does the will call window open?

I will be redeeming our GAD vouchers for FP, but plan on using them on our MK day. We have an ADR at 8:05 at CP so we will be in the park early. Will the window be open before we head to breakfast or will we have to head back out later..

Also a copy of a birth certificate is okay for 5 year old DD, right?

The will call/guest relations windows should be open at least 30 minutes before anyone can enter the park, even for ADRs.

And yes, a copy of a birth certificate is fine.

A copy is fine, or some kind of government ID like a passport.

we got to will call at about 745am on sunday april 18th and the park opening time was 9am. we got our vouchers with no problem as they were already there and open then went in for our adr.

was there a line when you did this?

where were you staying and what time did you go over to your resort bus stop to get there by 7:45 and what time was your ADR for?

Where was the check in for the GAD at that time of day?

Same for EMH's right? So EMH starts at 8am will call will open at 730 am?

Not to be a spoiler but I think your child has to be 6 to participate in the GAD promotion. Didn't you have to enter his or her birthday when you registered?



Thx for posting this question - we have ADR to 8:10 at CP and I was worrying about redeeming our passes that early. Usually I buy our park tickets in advance.

Oops...yes...didn't pay attention to the age. Children must be age 6 or older at the time of registration to qualify.
