What time does the monorail start running to MK ?

We have an 8:20 CP and I know CP opens at 8:00. They say get there 20 min early so what is the earliest you can take the monorail? How early will they let us in the park?

1) The trains start to pull out of the monorail barn at 6:45am.
2) They usually let you in 10-15 minutes ahead of your ADR time.
