What time does online booking change over?

I am curious, what time does online booking change over? If I am looking to book the 23rd, at either seven or eleven months, does it open at 12:01 am, 1:00 am, or another time?

Online booking, if reserving exactly 11 months out at home resort (or 7 months out at another) begins at 8 a.m. eastern, phone lines open at 9 a.m.
