what time does monorail start running for CP breakfasts ressies?

We have breakfast ressies at CP for about an hour before park opens. What time will we be let in the park and what time will monorails start running for a 9am open time?

Monorails pull out of the barn at 6:30am, running by 6:45am.

They usually will start letting people in the park about 15 minutes before your ADR time.
