What time does MK close to people not attending the MNSSHP?

Would you go MK on a day that has the MNSSHP if you were NOT attending the party?

The MK closes at 6:00 on those days.

You could go to MK that day and hop over to another park when the crowds start to pick up. They start letting the party people in by late afternoon, if I'm not mistaking.
