What time does Mama Dellas start serving dinner?

Also, can you eat lunch there? If so, is it as good as the dinner menu?

I had planned on eating at Tchoup Chop, but I'm thinking about changing to Mama Della's instead---any comments on that change? It's my one big dinner splurge when we are there, so I want to make sure it's good!
