What time does Main Street Electrical Parade go by Frontierland?

We are going to try out a new parade viewing spot in Frontierland in front of the Country Bears area. I know the parade starts at 9 down on Main Street, but what time does it actually make it to the Frontierland area?

The problem now is that, even armed with the knowledge of exact times of locating the head of the parades, since Disney has added
"Celebrate the Magic" to the lineup of MSEP and Wishes, it becomes nearly imperative to
find a good spot IN THE HUB along the street in order to be able to optimally view all three "must-see" nighttime spectaculars.

Disney has designed themselves a very tough situation.
It's the reason for spending all the time and money redesigning and expanding the Hub
viewing areas and walkways.
But, it will still be quite a bottleneck on many nights, especially during high-crowd times.
