What time does lunch become dinner?

I'd like to use my VK lunch voucher for lunch at Chefs de France, but would like it to be closer to dinner. When does the menu shift from lunch to dinner?

It depends on the individual restaurant. When you call to make your PS, they will be able to let you know!

I'm pretty sure that 5:00 is the time when lunch turns to dinner in the Disney world.

It really does depend on the restaurant. For example, our dinner PS for dinner at Le Cellier (Canada Pavillion in EPCOT) was at 4:40 p.m. There were several people already seated and eating when we arrived at 4:30 p.m. This was last December.
